Paying for Christian Education
It is our goal that an education at CCA be available to those who desire a Christian education. Student work opportunities, tuition discounts, scholarships, and need-based tuition assistance are available to help make this goal a reality. 529 Savings Plans may also be a resource for families.
Contact Tracy Ringering, Vice Principal for Finance for more information regarding financial matters.
PAYMENT PLANS AND PAYMENT METHODS
CCA offers several payment plan options which are available at the discretion of each family's budgeting needs. Payment plans include the "Traditional" plan which includes annual fees paid in August and tuition paid September through May. "Equal-Payment" plans are also available which spread the payment of tuition/fees over a period of up to 12 months. If an "Equal-Payment" plan is selected, mid-year enrollment or withdrawal will result in an adjustment based on the date of enrollment or withdrawal.
Accepted payment methods include cash, check, money order, or eCheck, which is free and provides an automated means of ensuring payments are on time each month. Debit and credit cards are also accepted, with a 4% fee added, as assessed by the merchant processor. Contact Tracy Ringering for more information and to request the eCheck authorization form.
STUDENT WORK OPPORTUNITIES
CCA operates a student work program that enables students to earn a paycheck which is applied toward their student accounts. The work program also provides students with work experience and students are taught how to be good employees. Work opportunities provide students with schedule flexibility; extracurricular activities such as music and sports are routinely accommodated. Student workers are greatly valued for their contributions toward the efficient operations of the school.
Student reader, clerical, custodial and childcare positions are available. Washington State minimum wage is earned and students age 14 and older may apply.
