• Susan Whitely was born and raised in San Jose, CA. She has one brother who still lives in the central CA area. She’s been married for 31 years and has two grown children and two grandchildren. She graduated from Walla Walla College with her B.S. degree in Elementary Education and has taken hours of post-graduate work since then. She enjoys doing home remodeling with her husband who is an awesome finish carpenter (and an awesome vege-meat-ball maker!). She constantly keeps him busy with a honey-do list. She enjoys working in her yard, spending time with her grandkids, reading, and working on projects for her classroom. Susan has been teaching at CCA for 16 years and is looking forward to many more years here at “her favorite” school! Her favorite Bible verses are Romans 8:28 and Jeremiah 29:11.
  
  Susan's husband refinished all her students' desks this summer and they look like brand new! (Thank you so much!) You can rest assured that your child will be pushed to do their very best in Susan's class room. They will be well prepared for the next grade when the school year is over.
